What do you use the internet for? Paying bills? Shopping? Looking for electricity providers? Do you use it for exercise purposes – looking up routines or regimens? I have one suggestion you might not find on too many exercise sites – get the dog involved! Seriously, I’m not kidding. You can look good and feel good and all you really need to do is engage in exercise for thirty minutes – and involving the dog will only further promote the motivation to get active. Play fetch or teach him some really elaborate tricks out in the sunny weather.

When you involve the dog, the physical benefits of exercise are doubled. Not only will you get all the physical benefits of exercising those muscles and getting your blood moving, you’ll also get the therapeutic benefit of just spending time with man’s best friend. It has been proven that a dog can help to reduce stress endured by an individual and that combined with physical exercise can only help in the long run.
